The aim of our Cookie Policy is describing the types of cookies used by the web site //www.pocketbar.it  (hereinafter “Site“), the purpose of the cookies installed and the methods with which the user can enable or disable the cookies on the Site and that benefit from the services offered.

  1. What Cookies are?

  2. Types of Cookies.The cookies can be:

    First party Cookies: proprietary cookies used by the controller of the Site in order to allow the user to navigate in a more efficient way and/or monitor the actions performed by the same;

    Third Party Cookies: cookies set by a site other than the one the user is currently visiting in order to allow the user to navigate in a more efficient way and/or monitor the actions performed by the same.

    In addition, we distinguish different types of cookies:

They ensure the normal browsing and use of the Site, allowing for example to navigate more quickly, make a purchase or sign in to access reserved areas, and are in fact necessary for its correct operation.
    • Function cookies: allow the user the navigation according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided to the same.
    • First party analytic cookies: assimilated at the regulatory level to the technical cookies if used directly by the controller of the Site without profiling the user, but just to collect information in aggregate and anonymous form, about the number of users and how they visit the Site for statistical purposes and to improve the performance of the Site.

    b.Profiling Cookies: are used to monitor the web navigation of the user and create a profile of his habits:

    • First Party Profiling Cookies: installed by the controller of the Site to create profiles related to the user in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed during web navigation. Considering their particular invasiveness in the private sphere of the users, the European and Italian regulations require that the user must be adequately informed about the use of the same, that he expresses his consent and that notification is provided to the Data Protection Authority.

    Third Party Profiling Cookies: used by third parties who have access to explicit information, not provided in anonymous and aggregated mode, and cross reference it with other data already in their possession. The Site does not have a direct control of the individual cookies from third parties and cannot install them directly nor delete them. The user is therefore prompted to check on the site of the third party the related notice relating to cookies. For these cookies the legislation provides that the user must be adequately informed about the use of the same, that he expresses his consent and that notification is provided to the Data Protection Authority by the party that uses the data

  4. Cookie persistence

    The persistence of the cookies is based on the expiration date or on a specific action such as the closure of the browser set at the time of installation. The cookies can be:

    temporary or session cookies: used to store temporary information, allow to connect the actions performed during a specific session and are removed from the computer when the browser is closed;

    persistent cookies: used to store information such as the name and password for access, so as to avoid that the user must enter them again every time he visits a particular site. These are stored in the computer even after the browser has been closed.

  5. Consent manifestation
